Terms and conditions

Arrival

The arrival is between 2.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. Departure is before 10.00 a.m.
Only number of persons assigned in the voucher can be accommodated. If number of persons who arrived is superior to the number of persons assigned in the voucher, the owner is not obligated to accommodate extra persons.

Seasons

Summer season: begins with the last Saturday of June and ends with the last Saturday in August
Winter season: begins the 3rd of January and ends the 31st of March of the same year, includes the Easter
New Year’s Eve stay: from the 20th of December until the 3rd of January.
Beyond season: all stays out of winter season, summer season and accommodation for 3 and less nights are in beyond season.

Seasons for accommodation in hotels and boarding houses are scheduled individually.

Discounts

- reductions for children – valid only after fulfillment of the minimal number of persons
- no reductions are valid for New Year’s Eve stay; basic prices for a bed are valid always
- reduction can´t be connected

Booking of the accommodation

You can buy a stay personally in our Travel Agency, by telephone or you can book a stay directly on our web page ubytovanie.relaxos.sk. The stay is possible for 2 and more nihgts. Our travel agency sells package tours according to Law 281/2001 about package tours, conditions of business for travel offices and travel agencies, in cooperation with travel office KTAG, s.r.o. /Kiska Travel Agency/, which is fully covered against bankruptcy in insurance company called Allianz, contract nr. 411004048, valid from 01.05.2008 till 30.04.2009.

Booking Confirmation

We will confirm your booking in our TA within 48 hours.
After confirmation of your booking, you will pay in advance 50% from the total price within 3 days. Please, send us a payment confirmation with your name and reservation number by the fax to +421 52 77 654 45 or by e-mail to ubyre@relaxos.net. You will pay another 50% of the payment 30 days before the stay. After payment of 100% of the price, you will get a voucher with the address of the accommodation and contact to the owner.

We need following data: name and surname of the sender, sending city and state, amount sent, currency and money transfer control number, variable figure: 67 + number of reservation 

Price Includes

Accommodation, clothes, electricity, water and gas. Certain owners require the additional payment of the consumed electricity on the spot; it is assigned in the description of the object. In some object, the client is not obliged to pay for the maximal number of persons, namely where the minimal number of persons is assigned.

Price Does Not Include

Community tax (paid on the spot) from 0,16 to 1,- € per person/day, final cleaning, fee for the wood, fee for the pet (if allowed), additional services (offered mainly in hotels and boarding houses), deposit 34,- € (if not listed otherwise); at the departure, the deposit is returned back to the client, if there were no damages. The client is responsible for the returning of the object in original condition in the end. If there will be any damage done during the stay, the owner has a right to use entire deposit or its part to pay the damage.

Additional Payments

According to conditions valid in concrete object – for accommodation in hotels and boarding houses there is extra fee for accommodation for 2 nights 10,- € or 10,-USD or 6,-GBP/accommodation.

If the paymentent for accommodation is devided into two or more parts, Kiska Slovak Travel Agency, s.r.o. reserves right to change the price for accommodation according to exchange list in National bank of Slovakia, if there is change in exchange rate more than ± 5% withing 30 days before starting the stay.Fee for changing the term, issueing voucher with new name or changing number of persons: 20,- €.

Cancelation Fee

cancellation fee is 20% of the total price till 60 days before the stay
cancellation fee is 30% of the total price from 59 to 30 days before the stay
cancellation fee is 50% of the total price from 29 to 10 days before the stay
cancellation fee is 75% of the total price 9 nad less days before the stay
It is required to inform our TA about the cancellation of the stay in writing - by e-mail, fax or by post.
If you are accommodated in hotel or boarding house, they have their own cancelation conditions which are valid. 

Reclamation

In case of any problems at arrival or during the stay, inform our TA by the telephone - contact is on voucher. If terms were not kept from the part of the owner and the rectification by the phone is not possible, you have the right for reclamation. Our TA accepts only written reclamations received within 92 days from the end of the stay.
